Warm & Gentle Healing
I absolutely love this mat! It is perfect for my chair and keeps me warm and relaxed during my marathon research sessions. Unfortunately my husband recently cracked a disc in his spine and has commandeered my precious mat. Although that was not the purpose for my purchase, I’m glad I had available for his recent injury. It allows him to sleep comfortably and heal. He likes it so much he takes it where ever he goes, so it looks like I’ll be needing another one since it’s unlikely I’ll get it back.

Great product! I like the work of the leather part. And I love the natural jade gloss exuberated by the jade stone. You place it on any part of your body such as back, waist, arms, and legs. Or you can simply sit or sleep on it.Easy to use. Switch it on and set it at the desired temperature, it will start to get warm in a couple of minutes. It is great for blood circulation and pain relief. I use it everyday ever since I bought it. It helped a lot relieving my back pain.Great purchasing experience. I'd recommend it to friends and families.

I have used a rice bag for years for back pain. Biggest difference with this heating pad is there is no “steam” like feel that you get from using a rice bag. I’ve always had to heat my rice warmer to practically the point of scalding to feel like it is working. Love that I get deep heat without the scalding feeling. This warmer has worked so well hubby and I have to take turns sharing it on a daily bases. Definitely relaxes tight muscles and is nice to use when it’s cold out to warm up as well. I use it on my neck too, usually with a hooded sweatshirt to keep directly off my skin which works well. Would highly recommend.

I totally love this SeHeat Natural Jade Mat. I paid 3 times as much for less quality. The SeHeat MAT is extremelywell made. I would recommend it to anyone who needs deep heat healing.

Fantastic heat
This is perfect. I bought it for my boyfriend, for his back. He noticed an immediate difference in the amount of heat. He loves it.The only product feature I would like to see change would be the bulky electronic ports. You have to maneuver them to get comfortable, but once you do, it is wonderful

Perfect for castor/black seed oil packs
Used this heat pad over black seed oil and castor oil packs on my boyfriend's fractured femur. Reduced inflammation and pain, his doctor noted his x-rays were early signs of bone healing within 6-8 weeks. Only con, the heat pad works well but the temp gauge fluctuates 4-5 degrees after being set. We simply keep it on a low heat setting.

small and lightweight, but hard
concept is interesting and it's lightweight. But hard as rocks (ha ha) and slow to heat. In the end, just uncomfortable. Sent it back.
