Hotel Collection Zen Plus Pillow, Firm Queen

I am a pillow snob so a 5 star rating for me is a serious compliment. I tracked down this pillow after sleeping on one at the Green Valley Ranch and Casino hotel in Henderson, NV. It has the perfect combination of firm and soft. I hope it holds up for a long time because my sleeping on it is absolutely awesome.

This pillow was advertised as firm, but was ultra plush in my opinion. I really don't believe I ever came across a pillow so soft and squishy in my life. Material quality was nice, but no support whatsoever - basically the same as having no pillow at all. Returned it immediately.

Just a quick point, the pillow seems fine but is beyond noisy. It has a plastic like cover on it that sounds like you’re laying on a diaper. It’s not soft at all. A very noisy experience when under your head,

This is a good pillow, but not nearly what I was expecting or hoping for. Not very firm at all. At best this pillow is medium firmness. Would not recommend.

After sleeping on this pillow at a hotel, I had to get one of my own. My neck pain upon awakening is pretty much resolved. So happy to have found this pillow. If you're a side sleeper who can't get comfortable, this pillow could be a game changer; it has been for me.

Disappointing! Ordered because NF told me this was the same pillow we loved at Red Rock Casino in Vegas. Not even close!! Total waste of money.

An amazing pillow, and if you can get it from the amazon warehouse you can sleep even better because it’s half the price. I work at a 5 star 5 diamond resort and these are the pillows we use, they are imported from Canada, that is why the retail price is so expensive. If you can go to Canada you can get them for almost 75% less than US retail

The pillow is very comfortable. It is just the right amount of thickness I was looking for. I have a long neck , and other pillows I have tried tend to give me a crick in my neck. I usually sleep in my back and side.
