Fire Ants. For those that live in deep south Texas if you have ever accidently stepped on a fire ant mound you Know how painful it is for several days. They Itch/hurt/burn for days. I had bought this originally for my husbands knee pain which it actually was not really strong enough. BUT after stepping on a fire ant nest a few days ago and the pain was terrible i sprayed some of this on both feet and leg area they bit. Works wonders . Only had to reapply every 10 hrs. Held leg/foot over bathtub to contain the mess and sprayed. Will keep it on hand from now on

Because I spend long hours at the computer, I often deal with back and neck pain. After trying different options, this cream has been the most effective so far—fast relief that actually lasts.

Ive used a pr roll on opical pain gel for years. That one has 5% methol and starts the ice coolness right away. I had huge hopes for this, esp as it was more costly. With 14% menthol I expected to really feel it. First off, the stainless steel roller balls work great for deep tissue massage. BUT! The 14 % menthol seems to be untrue. Honestly felt more like one percent.. That said, once it had time to soak in, it did help the pain. It contains the same botanicals as the other brand and some camphor. The smell is light. I find it works pretty well on my painful feet. Less for other areas. All in all its worth trying but if you expect a strong cooling, its not for you!

I haven’t gone wrong with Aleve products and this one was no exception. Fast pain relief and the metal ball roll on makes it so easy. You can apply and not get the product on your hands and the roll on gives it that extra massage while applying. I did have an issue with the tube splitting at the top seam but that could have been my fault if I was squeezing too hard. Would buy again.

The pain relief provided is good. However, the steel rollers are very cold when applied to an inflamed knee, which causes more pain. Also, having to squeeze the tube quite firmly to get the lotion out causes pain in my hands. It would be VERY helpful to get the product WITHOUT the rollerball applicator. It was available a few months ago, but I cannot find it anywhere now. Please make this available WITHOUT the rollerball applicator.
