Honestly very happy with this product. As someone who doesn't have curls but hair isn't straight to find something in the middle. Either products are too heavy for my hair or do nothing. I have wavy hair with a bit of curls and this is the perfect gel for my hair type. Soft hold, isn't sticky but still defines the waves! The product smells amazing, the amount of the price is great, my hair doesn't feel dry but feels moisturized too. Very excited to try out more products to help on my natural hair journey!

I've been using this gel for a VERY long time. it is the PERFECT gel if you don't like the crunch/stiff feeling that other gels leave. I have curly hair and this hold it just fine (I have a combination of 2C and 3A curls). I swear by it. It helps with frizz, it does not weigh down your curls, it works perfectly in my opinion. I absolutely recommend it!

Used this for a bit and it does have a scent, not sure if it helped with curls. Hair wasn't frizzy depending on how much i used, did leave hair flaky. Wife likes it though, Overall 4/5

I have been using this for many years after years of experimenting with different hair products. I have used it through long hair, medium length hair, and short hair. I have hair that is somewhat curly, somewhat straight. My hair is dense (as in I have a lot of it) but each strand is pretty fine. My scalp does tend towards dryness (as most curly haired people will agree) which is why I only wash my hair every 5 days or so. I don't use any harsh, hot drying methods on my hair, I let it air dry. I don't like using harsh products like alcohol or coating products like silicon. I have seen what that does to my hair and it's no good. After I towel off the excess water from my hair I use a dime size amount of this gel combined with a little natural oil (right now I'm using a blend of Sweet Almond oil and Jojoba oil) and I rub that combination throughout my damp hair. That's it! I let it air dry and viola! I do literally nothing else and my hair looks and feels frizz free, soft, and clean for at least 5 days. If you only need to use as little as I do, this bottle will last a year! It has great ingredients and I hope you buy some so they don't go out of business!

I have curly, dry, fine, highlighted hair and this gel works like a dream for me! I have tried a myriad of high to low end gels, mousse, cremes, and sprays for curly hair and have many half empty bottles that I never use. This gel works great after you co-wash your hair. The trick is to apply in sections on dripping wet hair... do not towel dry; let air dry. Initially dries a little crunchy, but finger comb and your hair will have soft, defined curls. Great product and price. I'm on my second bottle and will purchase again!

I have tried quite a few curl gels before this one. They often feel heavy, clumpy, or even worse...crunchy when they dry. This one helped to hold the shape of the curls while being light and soft when the hair dried.

I love this gel. This is my second bottle and I really like it. It's not as hard a hold as the Curlsmith in shower style fixer which I also love, but I get much better results refreshing with this Curls gel. My hair feels hydrated and soft once I've SOTC (scrunched out the crunch which is the cast left by gels).
