Just received these and am very pleased with the quality and freshness of the product. These are not brittle at all, very clean, very good quality dried chiles. I would not hesitate to buy these again (and will when I run out.)

OMG. These are wonderful. I am a chef. I spent 11 years living and working in Mexico. Saturday was the day for the "Mercado Sobre Ruedas, the local farmers market. I have not seen chiles like these since I came back to the States.They are fragrant, first-quality and obviously hand sorted. Every one is what you would pick yourself. I made Tijuana Style Birria today and all I can say is WOW! Highly recommended.

Perfect dried pepper mix for your cooking needs. Made delicious birria tacos. Could not find these peppers in any local supermarket.

These dried peppers are way better than what you can get at the local grocery. They are vacuum packed and great quality for your recipes. We are trying to make sauces with dried chiles to see which ones we like or not. When I eat Mexican food I want to get to know the flavors so I can make it myself.
