Isdin has been an amazing product. It's labeled as a Hydration Lotion for Dry Skin, but it does so much more. I've been using it on some red "sun spots" on my face; they are disappearing. I've been applying it to brown solar keratoses on my back, and they are also slowly dissapearing. The reason may be that Isdin contains Urea 10, which apparently repairs the skin besides hydrating. My experience is totally non-scientific, but it works wonders for me. Try it and see.
