Men's 3” Running Shorts Gym Quick Dry Athletic Workout Pocket Lightweight Brief

These shorts were just what I expected. They are very lightweight and perfect for running. My waist size is about 29" and I ordered the small. Perfect fit. The liner is very comfortable. The liner has elastic around the leg holes which I thought might be uncomfortable but it's not at all. I have other shorts without liners that I run in, and for those I wear briefs. The liner in these shorts fits looser than the briefs, but not too loose, and keep things cooler than briefs. The little key pocket on the inside of the waistband (right front) is ideal. The only thing that is slightly imperfect is the tag in the back. There are two and the care instructions one is really long. They are soft, but still noticeable. The shorts wash well, and air dry quickly. Especially considering the price these are an excellent value. I will likely buy at least one more pair as I retire some of my older shorts.

I originally bought these running shorts for my husband, thinking they’d just be a backup pair for his usual name-brand ones but they’ve quietly become his go-to choice. He runs several times a week, and after the first use he came back saying, “These feel way lighter than my usual pair.” The quick-dry fabric really does what it claims. It never clings, even after long, humid runs and they come out of the wash looking brand new every time. The cut is athletic without being tight, which he really appreciates. The built-in liner is soft and stays in place, and the pockets are surprisingly well thought out, especially the zippered back pocket that fits a key or small card without bouncing. He’s also used them for gym sessions and yard work because they’re that comfortable. If I had to nitpick, the waistband could be a touch firmer. It doesn’t slip off, but he sometimes adjusts it slightly after a few miles. Other than that, these shorts check every box: light, breathable, durable, and very fairly priced. After trying so many brands that promise performance but feel generic, these shorts have proven they deserve a spot among the dependable ones. My husband already asked me to get another pair in a different color, which says everything. They also look great!

I've run for recreation and exercise 30-40 km/week for over 20 years and these are my favorite pair of running shorts ever. This is the best pair of running shorts with a liner I've had for chafing (i.e. I haven't experience any with them). They are lightweight with great ventilation and I just don't notice them. The liner doesn't initially feel all that supportive (relative to others) but, for me, the lack of any noticeable movement or chafing after a 20k is invaluable and unique to this short. The liner is magic. My one knock is that their is one little interior flap-style pocket. For my distances, I don't typically need to carry anything so it isn't an issue for me. My purchase was labeled > BALEAF Men's 7" Running Shorts with Mesh Liner Zipper Pocket for Athletic Workout Gym but the pocket is not a zipper. I'll remove half a star and then add half back for the magic liner. I've only had them a year (first pair) but their are no signs of wear (~100+ hours of use, ~30 wash cycles). The light weight is nice and the price is excellent. Each time I needed a new running short, I've tried a new brand or style. From now on, I'll be replacing these with like and hope the design doesn't change.

Excellent shorts for the price. Durable and comfortable.

These are nice running shorts. Waist size is good for me, I got a medium, I'm 5' 9" and 170lbs, with a 32" waist and these fit perfect. Nice and lightweight, the liner is very soft, comfortable, and breathable. Not rough like some other pairs that may cause a rash. I've even worn these as underwear sometimes because they're nice and breathable and they dry pretty quickly from sweat compared to some types of shorts or underwear. The texture of the shorts themselves is soft and thin, but it appears to be very high quality, I would not expect this much quality at this price point. So in my opinion it's an excellent deal. I bought 2 pair and these are now my everyday running shorts.

Bought these for running. Absolutely love them. Extremely light weight and super comfy. Did buy xxxl as wasn't sure if they'd come up small but there is nice room without being too huggy. Only thing I like on all my shorts is a waist tie which these don't have but may try put one in myself
