I bought this product because its advertising says it is free of things that damage your hair. I started using a small amount on the side of my head and progressively increase it until I used it to wash all my head. My surprise was that after some time, my hair started to fall easily. There are many reasons for hair to fall. My stylist told me once that conditioners weaken the roots of hair, soften it and make it fall, that if you use it, only put a small amount carefully at the ends. I do not use conditioner, only argan oil. Lack of protein can make your hair fall, but that is out of the question for me, I am very conscious with the food I eat. My hair falling truly scared me. I am now using another shampoo and my hair stopped from falling. Problem is, I couldn’t get a refund because it was more than a month from its purchase.

I have sensitive skin and scalp and many products with or without fragrance can irritate my scalp or body. I also really want products free of sulfates and parabens. To add to this list, I have fine but wavy hair that tends to be greasy on the top and very dry on the bottom. For the first time in a long time I have actually experienced a shampoo that washed my hair without it looking greasy out of the shower and did not irritate my skin. Its been getting so bad I have been trying to get creative in how I wash my hair and body, but finally I can be clean without my eczema flaring up! I also bought and used the conditioner. Both are fragrance free and so far are working well for my scalp and skin. I had no idea how much fragrance was an irritation factor until recently and how a simple product change fixed so many of my skin woes. I am going to purchase all the other fragrance free items now in this line. I also experienced less hair loss than I was after a wash with this shampoo. Everyone's hair is different but for me, it appears added fragrance was the cause of my scalp acne and related issues

I really like how this hair conditioner makes my fine hair feel. It is really hard to find fragrance free conditioner which actually works and does not cause itchiness and breakouts.

Feels like it strips my hair of all moisture. It's OK for occasional use. I honestly don't understand why there aren't more fragrance-free options in haircare. I'll keep it and use it every once in a while.

My hair was in bad shape and this “cured” it, leaving it soft and made it stronger. It also kept true to its word and is fragrance free! So many will say that but still have a chemical that smells! I have colored treated hair and it’s gentle for that.
