No. You will need Amazon listing title - Educator Dual Charger for Models ET-800, ET-802, K9-800, K9-802, UL-1200, UL-1202, WF-1200, WF-1202

Q: How does the splitter work with this to charge two collars and a transmitter?

Simple. You attach the splitter (sold separately) to one of the two available charging leads, giving you two more, for a total of 3 charging leads. If you own the ET300, like I do, the transmitter can function as a 2 dog transmitter. (See my review photos). The transmitter controls up to 2 collars. I would put on these 2 on the splitter charging leads. I think the confusion here is that some handlers don't have a set that controls 2 dogs at once, or if they do, they don't know they have the option. Final answer is: 1 controller, 2 collars with a splitter for a two dog system. If you have one dog, you only need the charger sold here. This entire system is A+++ This brand is the best, as long as you are trained professionally to use one.
