I like the text because it allowed me to understand the marketing strategies of hospitality and tourism industries. I used this text for a marketing class at my university. Easy to read.

It came in good time. It is a big book.

Dry read.
I needed this book for a college course and did not want to pay for the textbook so I opted to rent with AMZN instead of Chegg.The information in the text is an extremely dry read with long chapters. One positive thing about the textbook is that the authors added a chapter review at the end for a cliff notes version of each chapter.
