The door anchor is what makes these bands so awesome. Great quality, and I love that the bands are 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 lbs, which is more than most other sets. Love that you can stack them for up to 150 lbs of resistance!

Though I haven't developed a workout routine yet, inspecting and testing the items seems to show that they are a quality product and I look forward to getting to use them regularly. I found several resistance band workout routines on YouTube and have captured a few. To start, I am following a workout that last about 13min. I have already gone from the 10lb resistance band to the 20lb and could immediately tell the difference in the workout. I plan to take it slow but hope to soon graduate to a 20min workout video. I try to run through a workout at least once a day. Looking forward to going up and going longer as this helps build my strength and stamina.

Item is unsafe! Bands break suddenly under normal use. Although I ordered this product in June, I only began using it a few days ago, so it has not had hardly any use. And it is not as if I were using them overzealously. I am a 67-year-old female!It is fortunate I was not injured! I am afraid to use the remaining bands, so this is a complete wasted expense for me. I would request a refund, but my refund window closed several days ago. Wish I had tried these bands sooner, so I could get my money back.

This is an excellent product. Great quality, clearly labeled resistance ratings on each band, excellent instructions, very portable and easy to use. I first got introduced to resistance bands during some recent physical therapy at the hospital to relieve some shoulder pain. They would cut off a length of resistance band from various rolls at the PT Clinic to send home with me along with some basic instructions. The different colors were not labeled in anyway, there wasn't any kind of handle for the bands and the strap that went into the door didn't really lock in the door securely. This set is everything the physical therapy gear wasn't. Large comfortable handles that you can connect one or multiple bands to. The resistance of each band is clearly marked in large print. The door anchor is very sturdy and has a very solid knob on the end of it to keep it solidly locked in the door. The kit also includes two ankle straps and a carrying bag along with a small but excellent instruction booklet. The whole thing will pack into the bag that will easily fit in a suitcase, dufflle bag or backpack. The company also sent an email shortly after my purchase to check to make sure I was satisfied. That email contained attachments of 4 additional fitness and exercise guides. A really good product at a great price and excellent customer service.

I've been using these alongside my at-home weight routines. I've never really used bands before, and I'm sure there are better ones out there, but these seem to do what they're supposed to do and they were very inexpensive. I can't say much about durability yet, but so far, so good.

Well made, the range of bands gives you a lot of room for growth. Good stuff. Easy on the joints too.

Las ligas estan muy delgadas y venian con varios dobleces (imagina una manguera delgada doblada) que dan la impresion de romperse al primer uso.Las agarraderas distintas a la de la foto, ningun workout guide, todo chafa... yo habia visto unboxings de este producto en youtube y el producto que recibi es de calidad muy inferior. It's a great product. When the product was delivered, the strips were in very good condition. As you can see in the photo, there are five bands, two handles, two ankle straps and a door hanchor. The bands offer very high resistance. For some exercises, such as triceps exercises, the 10-pound band is more than enough. Finally, I think I can say that they offer a wide range of exercises and that it is an excellent product.

Este producto no llegó como se anuncia. 1) No había manual 2) las bandas no se identificaron correctamente. 3) los mangos eran muy baratos. Después de usarlo en 2 ocasiones, los clips para los mangos comenzaron a separarse y las bandas se volvieron peligrosas de usar. No compre esto ya que podría lastimarse.
