My friend bought the same model for his iPhone Touch. I was impressed so I thought I'd try it with my new iPhone 3G S (its got the SAME dimension as the 3G according to apple.com).The item was sealed in it's box and should be brand new when I got it. I tried to install it with my 16GB 3G S, ALL FOUR CORNERS have an opening. it does NOT fit no matter how I tried to snap the 2 plastics together.I am not satisfied and will stay away from DLO.Edit.There is NO instruction on the screen protector. I did not know how to use and applied wrong. When I finally found out how to use, the adhesive side has already collected way too much dust render unusable.DLO PRODUCTS FROM PHILLIPS ARE TERRIBLE!!

This case is great! It not only looks good, but is very functional. The stand part is the best. You can either stand up the phone in portrait or landscape orientation. The landscape is perfect for watching movies or YouTube videos. It does make it a little hard to turn the phone off and on if you have BIG fingers like I do, but well worth the extra effort.

This clear shell is great for travel. It allows you the ability to view your phone horizontally or vertically standing hands free. The casing is durable and easy to use. Removing the casing is the most difficult part - you have to be somewhat delicate when doing so. I feel this is the products only negative.

It works great for in the office or at home.....Almost like having a mini picture frame

I seen a woman having this on her iphone at starbucks and it looked really nice. Since then, I've been searching for it. Finally, I found it at Fry's electronic but only to be disappointed with it.1. It is exactly like the review and pictures by $20 dollar". The two pieces of plastic didn't clasp together tightly and leave gaps which are very unattractive.2. The case itself is a bit big.3. It will definitely scratch your phone since the case is made of hard plastic.4. The screen protector: I've applied enough screen protectors for myself and two of my sister to know that the one included in the purchase is poorly trimmed including the trim around the holes for the speaker and home button are too small.It's a great idea but poorly made = Failed!

After only owning this case for a few months the clips holding it together broke. Not from taking it apart or anything, just from carrying it around. Without the clips, the case will not stay together. Called DLO and they were very vague about any type of warranty and then finally said it was only for 30 days. So if you want a case that you can trust for 30 days - buy this. Otherwise I highly advise looking elsewhere.UPDATE: I emailed DLO customer service hoping I would get a more friendly response, but in fact it was worse. I quote, "I am sorry that the previous representative was unhelpful, but DLO cases are sold without warranty and we will be unable to replace the case for you." No warranty at all. Wow...

I received this item today and while I wanted to like it there two issues with it that made me return it.First off the screen protector is garbage. It was ruined the moment I removed it from the packaging. There were no instructions so I tried to stick the #1 skin on my iPhone. By the time I figured out that #1 was just a protector for the protector (#2), it had already collected dust which permanently stuck to it since it uses a sticky film to stick to the iPhone instead of static cling like other films. I tried to apply it anyway, but it wouldn't lay flat and there were bubbles that I couldn't smooth out. I think it actually made things worse since the trapped particles could scratch the screen.As for the case itself I don't think it really fit over my iPhone 3GS. While it did lock, there was a gap on the sides near the bottom as if it wasn't fully closed. Speaking of locking, once the case locks it is extremely difficult to remove it without damaging either the phone or your own person. The aforementioned gap was actually the only thing that let me remove the case since it allowed me to force it open.On the plus side, the case adds very little to the size of the iPhone and the case is a tough plastic so I'm sure it will withstand punishment. Still I was looking for something with full protection and the faulty screen protector and poor fitting case was enough for me to return it even at the currently 25% off price.

I have owned two of these cases. The first one caused minor scratches in the back of my 3Gs and then the plastic clips holding the case together eventually broke. Upon inspection, it appears that someone didn't do their homework on getting the fitment right and the molding was way off. I also found that there is a lot of stress on the outer edges of the case and it gets focused on the plastic clips. Over time, the clips break and the case falls apart. Kind of a shotty design, but I REALLY like idea and, unfortunately, there isn't anything else out there like it.With the second case, I decided to tape over where the slide moves and it didn't scratch my phone. I then took a dremel tool and lightly sanded the cover to see if I could make a little more room for the phone and reduce the stress on the clips. It worked fairly well but I didn't do enough. I am going to try it again since I have been able to get the cases for $5 and $7 on Amazon and I still have less money invested in 3 cases then a normal case at the store.If you don't want to modify the case, then don't buy this one. It WILL break! The only reason I do is because I like the stand and don't want to carry around a separate one.
