Well pleased, works very well. Very sturdy & well made. Needs a companion book to guide you to getting the best from it.It is very heavy, which is reassuring.After curing (dry run), did first try, cooked a piece of brisket to perfection , put on a German sausage - from frozen to cooked in 10 minutes, finished off with a bit of indirect cooking of some churros, again spot on.Very good investment 👌
