I wanted to like these, but...
These should be a great diaper...they're made for preemies, they are luxurious to the touch, they come in beautiful colorsBUTthey don't actually fit up to 15 lbs. In fact, my son is only 11 lbs right now, and they haven't fit well for about ten days. And, as another reviewer said, they do get wet all over, so baby is miserable. I've had numerous leaks with them, even though I change him frequently (every two hours or so).Additionally, they leave terrible red marks because I have to snap them so tight to *try* to keep them from leaking.I've had much better luck with OsoCozys fitted. Unfortunately, the smallest size is 7 lbs, but I haven't had a leak yet, and babe is much more comfortable.I am willing to keep these for another baby because it could be an issue of his shape and not the diaper. I'll readily admit that, but for the money, whew, I feel really frustrated since I don't have enough diapers now for the next month or two.

awesome at containing poop
We've been using the size 0 since my daughter was born (8 pounds). It's great that the center can be snapped down to avoid the belly button - we used them under Proraps until her umbilical cord stump fell off. Then we used them under Thirsties (duo snap wrap size 1) and Bummis (size small). They do get wet all over, but that doesn't seem to bother my baby, and it doesn't bother me. And they are awesome at containing even the most epic of breastfed baby poops. We haven't had a single leak with these, whereas our prefolds leak poop onto the covers quite often. The rise is really low, true. But that didn't seem to hinder performance at all. My baby is long and lean, so these ride quite low on her, but still no leaks. She is almost 4 months (about 13 pounds) and still wearing them, and still no leaks. We're just starting to move her up to the size 1s now.

fits well, works wonderful, and feels good to baby
I only purchased one of these diapers for my son, who is 10 months and 18.5 pounds. I will be purchasing more, based upon his reaction to the diaper. My son is a child who loves different textures and especially loves soft products. When I put this diaper on him he stopped wiggling and smiled. Next he started rubbing the outside of the diaper (the same way he does his touch books and teddy bears). He appeared to be in heaven. The diaper worked really well for us, no leaks and he seemed very comfortable even after he soiled his diaper. He has very sensitive skin and did not develop any reactions to the diaper after use, even though I had accidently left him in a wet and dirty diaper for at least an hour. I do think the fit is kind of big, I am not sure that the diapers would fit a 10 pound baby as advertised.

My favorite nighttime cover diaper.
I love these for nighttime, so far they are the only diapers that have not leaked. You do have to have a cover for them, they do not have a PUL or TPU layer. The kissaluvs cover is great. I sometimes use a flip cover but it is not a perfect match. When my son started sleeping through the night he also became a serious heavy wetter, kissaluvs makes doublers for it also hemp inserts are great too. Most diapers are not all absorbent, they only have the center absorbent. Kissaluvs is all absorbent so if you child is a side sleeper most pee will run out (especially boys) before anything absorbs it. Kissaluvs will stop the leak and absorb. I bought many more for nighttime. The starter pack on their website is a great buy, but my first one was from amazon.

easy to use, stain easily
2012: Bought these for our second baby who is now 6 weeks old, to use with Thirsties Duo Snap covers. . The fleece isn't quite as plush and soft after a few washes, but they are certainly still soft enough. Love that they have the option to snap down in front to avoid rubbing against the umbilical stump. Very adjustable for size - our baby was 7 lbs, 1 oz at birth and we have had very minimal blowouts with these (only 2 or 3, compared to the countless blowouts we had with our first child in disposables). One drawback I have noticed is that these diapers do seem to stain easily. If I wanted to throw some bleach in the wash it would probably come out, but just the regular soak/prewash/heavy duty wash/extra rinse isn't doing it. Overall a good product. Not sure how well they will hold up to be used by a second child, but we'll see. We bought 24 of these and have to do a (small) load of diaper laundry every day to day and a half in order to stay in clean diapers. 36 probably would have been a better amount to buy in order to wash every other day and do a fuller sized load.UPDATE: April 2015 Now using these for our 2nd baby. He is 7 weeks, about 12 lbs and over 22 inches. These still fit, but he is close to being too tall for them (risking some blowouts in the back). They do still stain easily, but with 3 kids I've given up caring. They have held together perfectly, despite being worn and washed probably 100 times by now. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. I know some reviews complain about the moisture wicking and spreading to the whole diaper but, honestly, these are for a newborn. You'll be changing their diaper every hour anyway.
