The media could not be loaded. I have a very hard to match skin tone. I’ve been though some of the very top end foundations on the market including MAC, Lancôme, and Clinique. This blows all of them away.I’m 45 and my skin has been changing a lot. I was worried that this was going to be too heavy and not match. But the beauty of it is that the tones can be customizable and with the right primer (I use the one from Bare Minerals) it goes on seamlessly. I didn’t even have to mix the other tones for the foundation as the “Morning Glow” happened to match my skin Perfectly. I use the other tones to gently highlight and shadow.Highly recommended!

Best foundation I've ever purchased. I work with actors of all different shades, and this palette is superb. It mixes well, and blends into the skin flawlessly. A small amount goes a very long way. Just make sure you use a good primer, or it will cake up on you quickly. Other than that it's an excellent product.

this is the best cream foundation i've ever used. it is covers the darker areas in the face and redness. i used it on my sisters and they loved it too. i also used it on my in laws and it looked great on them too.actually i used the bigger palette first but since its so big and i need something smaller to fit in my makeup bag, so i purchased this one and it is great. it doesn't make your face feel cackey and it feels very natural. the colors goes to yellow so this is perfect for me since my skin tone is yellowish.and what i really like about it is that you don't have to apply a lot. a small amount will cover the face very well.i recommend this smaller palette for beginners or for personal use.

Pros: The shades are great. It's so good to have shades that match your skin tone, especially being able to choose between cool and warm tones. I like that there are several shades so you can mix too, for a perfect match. I like that it's buildable, and you can go light or heavy or layer it. It's easy to blend the colors too, if you're doing shading or contouring. Although I'd purchase the next darker kit if you want to contour.Cons: the cons are mainly for my skin type. I have combination skin, with a few dry patches. I can see this foundation work if you have smooth, fairly poreless skin with no dry patches. This stuff accentuated any patch of dry or skin flake. You'd have to exfoliate really well if you have dry patches for this to work.Also, it accentuated my pores. I have never, ever had any foundation do this before, and I've tried a lot. It seemed to fill my pores, so my pores looked like full coverage and the rest of my skin had sheer coverage...a polka dotted effect. Not what I want.I thought it was application, so I tried w/primer. I tried mixing it with lotion. I tried using it as concealer. I tried applying with a brush. A sponge. At this price, I wanted it to work. I watched youtube videos on proper application. Nothing helped. So depending on your complexion, it could definitely be someone's dream foundation, but on my skin, it did not work at all. I was disappointed, as I was expecting it to be awesome.

I ordered this as foundation and rated it 1 star. Using it as a multi dimensional concealer and highlighter? I love it.I am 48. My skin is good for my age but I have to be careful. Using this as a base did not work for me. Hence it is not a “foundation”. But it all changed for me when I applied it on top of a base & light bb cream. I now use the second darkest shade to cover under eye circles and the two lightest shades to highlight. I dab it on & use a dampened blender sponge to finish. It does an amazing job and I get many compliments on my skin.

As a skincare pro I have very clear skin and tested this on myself and liked that it evened out some redness. That's about all I needed. I went to use this on 2 different clients and oh my GOSH it clung to every single imperfection, texture, dry skin patch, you name it!! Even with priming skin it did not sit well on the skin to create a beautiful complexion- you already have to have one.

As a make up artist, you always want foundation that will cover well and blend flawlessly. This is by far the best foundation palette on the market, for sure! No spf in it which means no white ghost face in photography and it has buildable overage. Medium to full coverage, more so full. Can be used as concealer also!
