I take salt tablets for my pots and these are pretty easy to take I only need 2 to meet my 2g which is super nice. The pills don't taste salty and are working great for me would recommend them.

Great for endurance athletes or someone with low sodium issues
I have a genetic issue called batters syndrome that makes it where my body does not absorb enough sodium to function properly as well as I am an endurance runner(which doesn't work well when you can't properly stay hydrated). All this make it where I need more sodium than the average person just to stay hydrated. This product helps me to maintain my sodium to a place my Dr is ok with, though it still is lower than the normal ranges.The pills themselves are large but easy to break. I take it in halves through out the day which works best for me due to the fact I have to take so much sodium and if I take the full amount my body will just expell what it thinks is excess though it's not. Through experimenting my Dr and I found taking the halves helps maintain my active lifestyle as well as my sodium level to a range she is happy with.
