If I had to choose I would do it at night before bed. Part of what I enjoy about using it is how refreshing it feels and I feel I notice that way more at night after I take all my makeup off.

Yes parfum (fragrance) is listed as the tenth ingredient from the bottom but it doesn’t have perfume scent - it barely has one at all

Q: can you apply moisturizer on top of this product? how long does a bottle last if you use it at night only?

Sure you can! I do this exact thing pretty much nightly with their anti aging moisturizer after applying the toner. This bottle lasts me maybe around three months if I’m using it everyday.
