Very easy to assemble, operate according to the instructions

I can put all my lipstick in a small square on top of it.

Q: How much weight does it hold?

This organizer holds a lot of dresser items. It's hard to quantify that. I have 2 nail polish removers, 7 bottles of polish, facial wax, electric shaver, powders, perfumes,and various nail tools. And instill have room. The only limitation is height on the shelves. Prob 6" clearance. It's not a problem at all. One bottle is too tall, so i put it on top
