Only 1 month in & seeing improvement in the shower. I am 5 months pp, and started loosing hair around 3-4 months, towards the end I couldn’t touch my hair without a couple strands falling out. To the point it was getting dangerous with having baby and him always have hair in his hands.But like I said only 1 month in 2 more months to go. Miracle in a bottle!!
This stuff is a miracle worker. I thought I was in the clear then BAM almost 4 months pp and all my hair starts to fall out. Some photos for reference this was after only 3 weeks!!

Worth it
I have been using this product since having my baby 3 months ago. From what I am told, the 3 month mark is when hair starts to loose its luster and fall out. I have noticed a significant different in hair health since taking the supplement. It is expensive and the bottle is heavy duty so the company could probably save us some money by just making it plastic but it is still worth it if you are worried about your hair.

It helps but I wouldn’t expect miracles.
I am going to continue to use this product for at least a year and see. I lost a lot of hair after having my second baby. I definitely think this at least helped some. Right now the bangs that I have are completely regrowth that I have had since losing my hair. I have always struggled with thin hair though so while I wish this was some magic product, your hair is your hair and I will never have awesome full hair. However you can see from the pictures that I have regained a lot of my top coverage and it has kept me from buying a wig which is what I was considering next.

Excessive hair falling out.
I used this for a month, all it did was make a ton of my hair fall out after 3.5 weeks of taking it. Like a ton of my hair came out. So I stopped taking it right away. I was 2 years postpartum at the time. I just started taking this one because I was still nursing. But I would not recommend this.

Month it's been great!
So far I have been using about month or so and I have noticed difference in my hair and body all togther. It's just not for hair but it has good amount of vitamins for everyday. I love it and will continue it.
