CUISINART622-24 Chef's Classic 10-Inch Nonstick-Hard-Anodized, Open Skillet

Actually the non-stick coating is really tough as I put it in dishwasher against manufacturer's warning. The only problem with dishwasher is the coating on the outside will gradually peel off revealing the raw metal underneath. The non-stick surface is not compromised. I burnt my food a couple of times, a good over night soaking made cleaning a breeze. I will replace it with the same once this is completely destroyed.

Compre el de 30cm y se ve muy grande ya que a comparación del que usaba de 27cm si cambia mucho tanto así que abarca como quemador y medio de la estufa. Venía en una caja grande de amazon pero solo lo protegieron con una bolsa por lo que tenia juego dentro de la caja y por lo mismo como que se golpeó un poquito en el filo, es muy leve.Esta pesado, algo grueso y se ve bien el recubrimiento de teflón. Espero dure mas que el westing de acabado de piedra que duro solo como año y medio usándolo diario.Aun no pruebo este pero actualizaré mi reseña en un futuro.

Tuve que pedir reemplazo porque me llegó rayada. Pensé que la habían manipulado mal y le di otra oportunidad porque parece de excelente calidad y tiene muy linda terminación. Amazon me mandó otra pero al segundo uso se rayó. Me cuidé de usar espátula de plástico y con mucho cuidado porque es una olla cara. Pero ni eso sirvió. Me desilucionó mucho. Hoy pedí devolución. Le regalé una estrella porque está muy bonita pero para qué quiero bonito si no sirve :(

I bought this pot specifically to make scrambled eggs and only occasionally sauces -- generally I use a silicone spatula so scratching it isn't an issue. For my uses, it works well, is priced affordably, and the size is great for making scrambled eggs for two.While it's unfortunate that this doesn't work with induction burners, I'm still happy with this pot

Love the weight, the hold, the size. Unfortunately, the "don't put it in the dishwasher" warning is somewhat buried although my bad, it is there. It's the outside of the pot that took the hit and was powdery and gross after we accidentally put it through a wash. I was pretty sad because this pot is almost perfect. At least it's easy to wash by hand but the exterior is ruined.
