Great CoQ10 option. Lasts long time. Good ingredients. Easy to swallow and use. No pain relief but it’s good for heart health. Didn’t upset my stomach.

I have been buying these supplements for maybe a year now. My neurologist suggested these, as well as others, for my migraines. All I can say is... something is working. After 30 years of suffering, it's totally worth the cost because it's effective. I haven't had any side effects, like nausea or anything. I'm pretty good with pills, so no issues swallowing. But, it's a medium sized capsule, so you could probably dump the powder into something and take it that way. There is no after taste. Quality seems fine. I'm adding a photo so you can see color and texture.

Usually CoQ10 causes me to have upset stomach and has a terrible smell to it, this was actually did not bother my stomach as much and when I did burp, I did not taste it like other ones. It did help bring down my cholesterol. I was taking it because of PCOS and I did n=end up getting pregnant.
