I have used Centrum for a while now. It is a good supplement when I am not eating like I should. It has all the nutrients that I needed except for iron. So of course I had to get an iron supplement, and I am good to go. It supports energy, immunity, metabolism, and health appearance. I am very active and enjoy working out. It is gummies, so it was easy on my stomach (no stomach upset) and I love the fruity taste, and the size is durable. So, far I have no problem.
