Necky refills package is composed by 12 air activated warmers (6 pairs). Each warmer will provide up to 7 hours of soothing warmth. No shaking required; just open the package and put the warmer inside the pocket of Necky. The warmer is single use, but you can stop the heating process by putting the pad into the plastic storage bag (included).You can use it again at your convenience up to a total usage of seven hours (for example 3 hours in one day and the remaining 4 hours in another day). When you need to use it again, take the warmer out of the storage bag, put it in the pocket of Necky and apply Necky around the neck. The package is composed by 12 warmers for a total of 84 hours of handy warmth.
