The Sperti sunlamp came quickly and setting it up was so easy. It didn't work at first but I followed the trouble shooting and turned each bulb until it clicked and it worked! Only 5 minutes every other day is so easy to fit into my busy schedule. I haven't re-tested my Vitamin D levels yet but will repost when I do. Such a blessing to have a healthy and easy way to increase Vitamin D - which is involved in so many of our cellular functions that we truly need to ensure we get enough. Since purchasing at the start of the year I am using my sunlamp a few times each week and a little more in the winter months. Easy to use and I definitely felt a mood change for the good after a week or so. I throw a favorite podcast on and the minutes melt away! Expensive but well made and a heck of a lot cheaper than regular Vet D lamp sessions at dermatologist offices. My Dermatologist was quite happy with how I was using it.

I've been very impressed with the perfomance of this sunlamp. I've used it as part of my daily morning routine and the results are awesome. I have felt changes in the way I feel overall from my joints to my mood. It's something that I now look forward to. The added benefit of keeping a tan is great too! It's nice to keep some color through the winter months.The lamp is so well built. It reminds me of how home appliances used to be built with good quality craftsmanship. If it's stored properly when not in use, it will last forever. Functionality is very basic, turn it on, set the timer and stand in front of it.
