I bought this and it says “child size, fits 7-10 year olds”...is this a mistake or is this supposed to fit an adult?

My 13 year old on wore it for Halloween. He is 15 now and it does not fit him properly. He is 5’10 140 lbs.

The description says "one size fits most adults" but the packaging i just received says child costume, size 7-10. what is going on here?

The same happened to me so I sent it back by UPS. Have not seen a credit on my card even though they said they credited me. Ordered this from another dealer and received an adult costume.

Can you wear pants with the costume? Specifically a pair of long jeans or similar?

Yes ot it is best to wear with pant and even a shirt under as the costume will not serve properly as warmth or covering.
