It's just right
It came well packaged and worked for my needs. It's a little more liquid than I remember but to be honest, I think it's because the last can of contact cement that we had around here was so old from an old remodeling job... I'm talking decades old, that I think some of the solvent evaporated out over the years of opening and closing it so much. Anyway, at this consistency, in the brand new can, it's perfect for what I need, of course.It is a strong and reliable adhesive and It would have saved me a lot of money if I had thought of it before buying some other stuff for my projects. It's a good price, especially for a whole quart of it. I don't think it will be decades before this can is used up. I use a lot of it these days.

Its glue .... It stuck it held .... It is what it was supposed to be!

When glue arrived, can was badly dented, hardly usable. Don't know what happened, but that is no way for a package to arrive!!

Works quite well for Filon
I used this product to glue a 5 foot by 8 foot piece of Filon to 1/8 inch Luan plywood. I used the technique used by countertop installers.When I pulled out the lath and pushed the two surfaces together, the two sides were very well stuck together. Get it right the first time because there will be no second time.
