WORKS WITH CUSTOM FIRMWARE ON TS101
updated review:This tip does not work for the stock firmware of the TS101, however after installing the newest ironOS custom firmware, the tip now works as it should. From what I understand, these off-brand tips have noisy temperature sensors which keeps the original firmware from accepting them after a couple seconds. Now the tip works as it should and I recommend trying ironOS for yourself. You only need the TS101_EN.hex file to do the update.OLD REVIEW:Plugged it into my TS101 and it would start to heat up but after 2 seconds I would get a message telling me the tip wasn’t plugged in. I tried my OEM Tip to see if it was the TS101 but it worked. No matter how I plugged this amazon tip in it kept failing. I ordered this back in January and didn’t need to use it until now so the return window is long gone.Be careful with these non branded tips and test them as soon as you get them.

Works for my Pinecil
It works for my pinecil with no problems installing.

High cost performance
The whole metal tip is a shiny metal color, you can see that it has a very good thermal conductivity, can dissolve the solder very quickly, some yellow after use, but with a cloth wipe easily removed, this is very good.
