My favorite soy sauce. It’s not super salty and has a excellent smooth flavor.

Came fast and is actually a really quality product I like it I think I'm going to stick with dark soy sauce

Light soy is different from the regular Japanese soy I buy. I use this to make soup.

I am just learning about 'better' soy sauces, I started at the bottom with basic, highly-marketed sauces found on every grocer's shelves, just like many folks. This Sempio soy sauce is quite good! And, a great value for how large this bottle is. It's not just salty - it has a nice rounded flavor and no bitterness. Win! Soy sauce is a lot like wine I'm learning... they are very different from bottom-shelf, found-everywhere brands. Do yourself a favor and try this, you won't regret it.

I received what I thought was an expired product but the seller reached out to me with an explanation that I will post below so that buyers understand the dates on the product. This dark soy sauce is incredible! It adds a depth of flavor you do not get out of your low quality soy sauces. It adds rich umami and deep flavor to whatever dish you add it to! I recommend adding it to your stir fry! Give it a try!
