- Lay the product flat for viewing. There is a wide side and narrow side of the product. If injury is more on the fingers, put the wide side at the top of wrap before applying. If injury is more on the wrist, put the wide side at bottom before applying. Thumb goes through hole and secures with straps. 1Ó X 16Ó - 2Ó X 14Ó *2 straps: 1 strap is 1"x16" and the other is 2"x14". Gel size: 10"x6.5" has hole in center of gel. Product does not have a removable cover.
