Great toy - entertains our son for hours
Product is great and the tap works amazing. My son loves it and it’s been a god send in the hot weatherUpdate - got it out for summer and the tap doesn’t work even with new batteries so that’s disappointing

Faulty after 1 month
This item was a great entertainment for a young child. It stopped working after 1 month and the water tap failed. Batteries were changed so not that. Contacted seller via Amazon but didn’t even get a response. Fault was just outside the 30 days so not much we could do. Surely should last more than a month. Shocking customer service to just be ignored.

Absolutely top customer service!
EDIT- the seller made contact and offered a free replacement which was sent extremely quickly and the new one does in fact work much better than the original - really impressed with them!Brought this thinking it would be perfect for my daughter and we’ve gone to use it, put new batteries in and it doesn’t work!! It was dried out and stored in a dry place so cannot see any reason why it wouldn’t work! So annoyed as it wasn’t exactly cheap for a one time toy!

Bought this for my Grandaughter to play with at mine Great wee toy but only worked a few times then stopped pumping water!! Would not recommend.

Extremely good customer service
UpdateProduct is brilliant well made very strong daughter loves it, the flow of the tap is perfect!The colour changing cups and plates are brilliant and work wellUnfortunately it did break but the company contacted me and sent me a replacement very quick to reply and polite customer service both max and Brenda!Delivery was very impressive came within 3 days of ordering on both occasionsI Would definitely recommend little one plays with it for hours several times a everyday

Tap Broke
Bought for my son’s birthday but the tap stopped working after the first day. Changed the batteries again to make sure but won’t turn on or work.

The most cute and real toy!
One of my niece favourite presents! She loves it!! The water runs for real and then she could do her happily role play . Super fan for kids, soft colours. Good quality toy!!
