I love these multi vitamins
I love these multi vitamins! Every other multi vitamin I have ever take makes my stomach hurt, thsee do not. Plus they have everything you want in a multi vitamin and more. I love the addition of probiotics! The only downside is having to take 3 pills a day, but what I do is take 2 in the morning and 1 at lunch. They do give you a small boost of energy so I prefer not to take at nighr. I have noticed I am maintanine my weight without trying very hard since I have been taking these (not easy for me as I like beer) so that's a plus. Will definitely keep buying!

Great all around vitamin.
Covers you comfortably with all the absorbable nutrients you cannot be without. 3 times a day is tough to fit into your day.

Expensive but high quality
The way I came about reviewing this product was that I left a very thorough review for the Elite Man multivitamins (I also granted 4 stars), which I bought for my boyfriend, and I was asked if I would like to test this product as well for free. I do not guarantee anyone a five star or even a positive review, even if they give me a free product. I am selective about my ratings and only give a fraction of them 5 stars. As an internal medicine doctor and teacher of biochemistry, my integrity is more important than getting free goodies, and honesty in reviews is paramount. All that said, this is a high-quality multivitamin. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the exorbitantly high price tag. But I do think I understand the reasoning behind this. They tried to pack so many important vitamins, minerals, and other supplements in each pill. It's actually pretty incredible if you read the ingredients on the back. Not only does it contain a large RDA% of most vitamins (if not 100% or more), they pretty much put the A to Z of expensive supplements in – just about anything that you could think of to buy as a quality supplement, it's in here. Now, I am not an expert herbalist, but I have looked into herbal meds and supplements, and most of the additions have efficaciousness research behind them. Like the Elite Man formulation, you're getting supplements for green food blend, heart, energy and focus, liver cleanse, antioxidants, immune boosting, and probiotics. The main difference with the Elite Woman formulation is the added iron, calcium, and vitamin D3. This was a thoughtful formulation because women tend to get iron efficient (as opposed to men) for a number of reasons – having to do with estrogen, menstruation and vitamin absorption/pernicious anemia (especially a concern for pregnant women). Also, as women age, our bone resorption changes and we tend to become calcium deficient (having to do with testosterone balance, thyroid, and other factors). Vitamin D3 is involved in this as well, because it is a cofactor that aids calcium absorption in the gut. Other differences from the Elite Man formula include added skin nourishing supplements. I do feel like there is a lot of good stuff in these pills, and almost all of it, I can recommend without hesitation – for example, the mushroom blends include expensive reishi extract for boosting immunity, which I buy for my immunosuppressed father (and costs a lot of money, which may contribute to the price of these pills). Again, the only reason I'm taking off a star is the expense makes it difficult to justify buying for average people; and the recommended dose per serving is three pills – these are huge pills, what we used to call "horse pills" (See pic). As it is, the whole bottle will only last you a month if you take the recommended dose, so that's quite expensive as a regular multivitamin. However, if expense is not an issue, I would say these are like the Rolls-Royce of multivitamins – Pretty much everything you could look for rolled up in a giant pill.

Complete supplement
I purchased the Elite Woman Multivitamin as a gift for my athletic daughter. She is a senior in college and not only does she swim for the college, she is also a cadet in the the ROTC program working to be an officer. She works out at least 6 days per week. That being said, she does not always eat like an athlete and I wanted to provide her with a vitamin supplement that will meet her nutritional needs. Looking at the label, one can see that this vitamin is a complete product. What convinced me to try was that the product does not contain hormonal herbs. She's 21 and does not really need that kind of support. The bottle contains 90 tablets, but unfortunately, you are suggested to take 3 per day! The cost of this vitamin for a one month supply is quite high, in my opinion. I understand it has a complete list of vitamins, but with only one month supply, a college student would not be able to afford on a continued basis. The tablets are quite large as well and are difficult for her to swallow. She did feel more energetic during the day when taking, so that is certainly a positive outcome. Overall, I believe this is a good product. I will have to do further research to compare prices and ingredients.Notice: I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review and unbiased opinion. I strongly rely on the reviews of others to purchase items on Amazon, and I do not take the review process lightly. I hope that my findings are helpful in your decision to purchase or not purchase.
