I wear these in case I fall (I'm 60ish years old) and they are quite comfortable and provide all the protection I need. I've fallen a few times with them and never gotten a scratch. The only problem: In 90+ degree weather when I go on a 3 hour all out ride I do occasionally get some heat rash on my arms, but I don't think there is anything that would prevent that. These are good quality light weight pad and I've bought two complete sets of elbow, knee and compression bike shorts. I've tried all the other gform ones and these really are the best version (and the latest version).

I got these for longboarding and they seem really nice so far. They fit well and are super flexible. Haven't actually crashed with them yet but I made sure to wack my elbows into hard surfaces, as any sane person would, and barely even felt it. I was worried they might make me hot, but thankfully they are pretty breathable. Naturally an extra layer is gonna add some heat but it's not bad at all

The product is lightweight, breathable, I could take a hard hit, you can literally just drop to your knees with these guards on without any beer, the only problem is when you get really sweaty especially in the summer months this type of protection will make you twice as hot, sizing may vary, so if you're extremely tall and thin like myself you're probably looking for the smallest size as an adult, because I'm 6'7 at 170 lb I'm extremely lean, I went with a small which was a little bit tight at first but then eventually broke in, but definitely a really good product for the price.

Love these elbow pads for mountain biking. They are lightweight and flexible so they don't get in the way while you ride. It was worth measuring bicep and lower arm circumferences because the sizing chart was right on.

I enjoy the light weight and quality. I use these to officiate Ice Hockey. They are my go to for no-checking youth and house league games (I recommend other elbow pads for checking league Hockey). Blocked a hard snap shot in an adult league game with no problems, and have no troubles with sticks at face offs hitting my forearm and elbow areas.

Great pads. Super comfortable. I forgot they were on as soon as I put them on. Not too tight yet they don't move during rough riding.

I followed the instruction online to do the measurement and selected SmallWell, they are too small and cutting off circulation.....And to return these, I had to pay postage....Don't get from this vendor
