I would say I did notice some growth in my butt and breast. Must be consistent. It does help reduce any pain you may have from PMS I would recommend taking them. Easy to swallow no bad smell great quality product. Will continue to use.

TW: eating disorderI have struggled with an ED for about 5 years. I have tried to gain weight for a while, but I always struggle because my weight never distributes evenly. I always only gain it in my stomach and face, so I always end up just going back to unhealthy eating habits(skipping meals, not eating consistently).I’ve been using this pretty consistently for a couple weeks. It definitely increases my appetite a lot which I struggle with, and it has helped a lot with more even weight distribution.I only really started to notice today. I have also been wearing a waist trainer while using this, so it is probably working in conjunction with that.It’s not magical, but I would recommend for those who have had similar struggles to me. I’ve gained around 6 pounds(I’m usually 120 or under so a little bit makes a difference for me), and I can usually tell right away since I gain in my face a lot, but I haven’t really noticed until today. Less in my face and stomach than I would usually notice.

I only gave it 4 stars because I’ve JUST started using it for about a week now. This has DEFINITELY increased my appetite throughout the entire day!! It has also been helping my mood and energy. I have not noticed any weight gain yet- but it’s only been a week. Excited for the results!

This product increases your appetite immensely. If you don’t have a solid workout plan or a solid meal plan, you might add extra pounds that aren’t guaranteed to go to your curves. I gain weight in my belly area and back area before anything else. While this product DOES work, you need other components to add to it

Super impressed with the results from this supplement! I’ve been taking them for 2 months now and though it took a bit to work it definitely has! I had saggy deflated mom boobs, made worse by having lost alotttt of weight. They were terrible tbh. But 2 months in, they are quite noticeably fuller and firmer. I don’t believe it’s done too much for my flat butt yet but I guess we will see. lol. I will continue using this supplement daily!

I’ve read the reviews, from increased appetite, to the taste (or lack thereof), to energy levels, to sex drive, to enlarging breasts, to them saying it actually does something to your shape, etc. . .So i’ve been taking these for a week now, I got the 30 caplets and it says to take 2 a day which means i’ll be taking them for 2 weeks. I’m going into my second week and the only difference i’ve noticed is a super increased appetite— that’s the ONLY thing that it certainly does. There hasn’t been a change in my energy levels, never lacked breasts (& if i did, these may not work), my libido wasn't low before so it’s definitely not impacting that either, & i’ve always had a proportionate semi petite figure, so only wanted to tweak it a little more. There hasn’t been a difference at all aside from me being hungry more often, as if i’m eating for 4 people in one—so far (because I have a week left with the suggested dosage). I mean maybe if someone struggles with having an appetite, these are the perfect supplements for that. Perhaps it’s too early, & during the 2nd week i’ll really notice a difference if any take place, then i’ll edit. But if there’s no difference during the 2nd week— i’m not convinced enough to follow through with these supplements once i’ve consumed all the tablets, an increased appetite wasn’t the aim. ALSO, there is a taste, it’s light but I still don’t like it.

They’re hard to swallow! But I do see & feel results.
