Thanks to a very quick reply from the seller confirming that this fob is indeed made from 100% titanium, I went ahead with the purchase. It arrived quickly and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Here’s what I love about this fob: 1) It is uber tiny - it holds exactly seven 0.4mg round nitro pills. 2) It’s made from 100% titanium, which means it’s super light-weight, strong and won’t corrode from skin sweat, oils, etc. 3) It has a rubber o-ring, which not only seals out moisture but keeps the cap secure. 4) It’s titanium, so it’s durable enough to last a lifetime. You can spend way less for cheaper fobs, but you’ll be replacing them over the years. 5) It looks cool! 6) The box it comes in contains a message from the owner that will touch your heart. I’m glad to support a company like this.Here’s what I don’t like about this fob: absolutely nothing.When filling the fob, I found it useful to have a small flashlight handy to look down into the barrel in order to ensure that the tiny pills were stacking horizontally. If I found one standing on end, a quick tap is all it took to seat it properly. Using this method I was able to fit seven pills inside, and once the cap was screwed on there was little to no movement of the pills, which means they should last pretty long without turning into powder.Eleven Month Update:I am still just as happy with this product nearly a year later. I have this fob hanging off of a belt loop every day and needless to say it gets banged up quite a bit. Despite this, there is not a scratch on it, and whenever I've replaced the nitro pills (approximately every 3-4 months, to make sure they're always fresh), not a single pill has disintegrated. This has been a fantastic purchase and the peace of mind knowing that my nitro pills will be in good shape should I ever have the need to use them is priceless.

Ok it’s well formed and sturdy. So what most all of these sorts of things are. This thing is not special.It is overpriced.If you intend on ordering this you need to know it is not returnable for any reason.My standard nitro pills do not fit ,Stacked to end I could not even fit three in.I don’t feel that it is adequately described they wax on and on about its aesthetic qualities and materials,but the bottom line is if it doesn’t work for you you will be stuck with a tiny little piece of ,. ., metal. thats useless.I am going to reselect a cheaper oneWith so many product choices in this category I advise avoiding this company.For all their talk about how good they are just know customer service is absent, totally absent.

The pill holder is just the right size to hold a few of my nitro pills. Though, my pills are not circular in shape, so I cannot fit as many pills in it as advertised. However, I only need 3 in an emergency. I put 4 pills in there just to have a spare, so that really is not an issue. I might have been able to fit a 5th one. I like the small size of the holder. It is small enough that I can wear this on a necklace so I always have my pills with me. One concern that I have with this holder is that it in an emergency, will it be hard for me to open? The outside of the holder is rather smooth. It really seems like it should have some knurling or rougher texture to make it easier to grip and open.

Cielo Nitro pill tube does exactly what it was designed to do without notice. It's a quality made product, very small, carry's many Nitro pills, attractive, easy to unscrew the lid, and handily attaches to my key ring or any chain yet unnoticeable. Recently, at a swap meet saw a vendor that had many different size pill cases for under $8 but none were nearly the quality, all were much larger and none were designed for Nitro pills. Nitro pills are tiny and can be challenging to get to it in a larger pill bottle or case with other often larger pills. Yes, the price is higher than the other pill bottles I already own but none of them do the required job. The reason I bought it was my other three pill bottles are large and bulging on the key ring making it worth considering if carrying Nitro all the time is part of your life. Reason for 4 stars is it's pricey for the money.

Luckily I always clean anything I put food and especially medications into. While the construction of the holder is very good, interestingly it came with bits of metal from machining one piece was sizable and cutting oil. While it cleaned up well after picking the metal out with toothpick and then washing inside and out with soap and water, it really should t have come like that. It would definitely contaminate any medication, and I’m sure metal sheds and cutting oil probably not good to ingest if you don’t have to.

Appears to be quality material (like it could be driven over by a car and not damaged)Plan to order one for other key rings and hunting pack. Worried husband would remove a bulky option or it would fall off, this one appears to be exceptional quality and trimness. This size is too small for other pills or aspirin, but fits 7 nitro tablets stacked.

Fortunately, I haven't had to open this back up since I first put my Nitro pills in it, so I can't say anything about the functionality of it in an emergency. However, my doctor approves of it, since it blocks light well and has a good seal to it. It's also small enough to have on my key-chain without it being a nuisance. It holds 6 of my nitro pills, which is one more than the doctor recommends that I have with me for a single incident.

Der Führer wäre dankbar über eine solche edle Blausäure Kapsel. Für mich fällt sie allerdings eine Spur zu klein aus da ich sie eigentlich nur für die HTabs verwenden wollte und nur 2 verstauen kann.... Leider akzeptiert der Verkäufer keine Rücknahme weil er vermutlich schon dachte das sie ausschließlich für Blausäure Kapseln geeignet ist. Natürlich kann man wahrscheinlich auch 25 micropillen verstauen oder Kokain :-)

Probably good for small size pills, but a little to small for mine.

El producto es de una altísima calidad y con una cadena cumple perfectamente como un colgante.

Way smaller than I thought the picture portrayed. Not really useable unless the medication is exceptionally small. Not suitable for most tablets
