I found it once in Home Goods. Not again though. I understand that it comes from the UK, if I was told correctly.

What is the Ph rating?

I have no idea. I use this because I have a balsam of Peru allergy. My head no longer itches anymore because of this shampoo. It is glorious!

is this fragrance free? one review says it has a light fragrance, others say unscented. please clarify thank you.

It is not fragrance free. It contains anthemis nobilis flower oil and pelargonium graveolens flower oil. Both fragrant.
