Refined Great Tasting Japanese Tea, Excellent with Meals and Dessert
I find drinking a warm cup of tea with my meals has really helped my digestion. I like this particular brand for it's flavor. I am not a fan of flavored teas. I find this tea tastes similar to a green tea and looks like a green tea. I find it to be very smooth and no harshness. In addition to tasting well with the main meal, it pairs really nicely with dessert, such as a cookie. The package does not look large, but it lasts long because you use so little. For each small cup, I use a measuring spoon's 1/2 to 1 teaspoon. If you find your tea is too strong tasting, I would give it a second go using much less. I do have tea strainers that I sometimes use for a pot. However, on a daily basis (I usually have two cups a day), I purchased off Amazon some empty tea bags with no bleaching. I make up several at a time and keep some at home, some in my purse in a baggie, and some in my desk at work. As for how it makes me feel, I can say that I really feel better. Sorry no test results to back that up. However, I feel that internal inflamation and the little aches and pains that go with it are just not there. I am more active. I have lost weight, but cannot in good concious say what was the cause Because I feel better, I am doing more and enjoying more - that could also be the reason for the weight loss. The other reason for the weight loss could be that I feel less inclined to over-indulge in the sweet things and feel satisfied early with just a little dessert. I do not know if the tea changes the pallet, so you feel satisfied earlier or how it works. But, it has resulting in both feeling and looking better and eating sweets until I am satisfied, which is less than previously. I drink tea every day and can say that this brand is a light very refined Japanese tea that is the best I have found. Be careful to make sure you are getting the loose leaf. I accidentally ordered the powdered one time. That is not the same at all.

Kinda like matcha, but mulberry leaves--good for you
Love this tea. Make it like matcha or add it to smoothies and other foods. Mulberry leaf has been reported to have benefits for diabetics--leveling and/or lowering blood sugar, prohibiting absorption of sugars during digestion, etc. I can't cite any formal studies about this, evidence may be anecdotal, but it's good for you nonetheless, so why not enjoy it! I've ordered it twice now and find the powder to be fine and easy to whisk into hot water, just like matcha. Has a mild flavor and vibrant color that hints at the various benefits of adding this to your diet.

This tastes so goooooood!!
I had never tried mulberry tea before, so I was very surprised when, to my delight, it tasted wonderful! Of course, I bought this as soon as a segment on TV said it was good for you, and to tell you the truth I have forgotten all about it! Now I have to dig it out of the cabinet, because it really is delicious!
