Good value! This rough rope is perfect for climbing plants to grab onto. I have a thunbergia climbing it and it looks so cool!

Highly recommend. Coir provides an absolute firm grip which could be used in lot of usage scenarios for household applications.

This is not a bad thing given my intended purpose is to use this with vining plants and this rough surface will actually help with the plants attaching to them. I received a single cardboard box with two packages. Each package contained two hanks of rope for a total of 4 hanks of coconut coir ropes. Each hank is supposed to contain 20' per hank so with four hanks you get a total of 80' of coconut coir rope. Once spring comes I'll have these stringed up for my vining plants and will update with pictures once I get them strung up. So far I expect they will work just as well, if not better with how coarse these are, for my vining plants.

This is about the size of my 10 year old daughter's pinky ...This is not a neat pretty rope - it is actually rather messy in apperanceStrong - no detectable strong smell - mild "earthy" smell.orangish brown color .... kind a squeaky sound when you move it about.Itchy.Perfect for garden work because baby vines will easily be able to grab and climb.Made in India ... and some of the spots look like small clods of clay.Good for the environment ... it won't last foreverI like it.
