When I saw this rolling pin, I was curious as to whether or not it could help me roll out dough easier. I have arthritis and my mother has "tennis elbow". We have both used this rolling pin and loved it. The quality and materials are really nice---it is a full sized rolling pin. The roller is non stick and easy to clean. The different angle of the "lifted" handles really does make rolling out dough an easier chore. These type of handles seem to take the pressure off of my wrists and my elbows simultaneously and I no longer dread making pastries. It rolls smoothly, has a nice weight/feel to it(without being too heavy), and is non-stick. What more could you ask for?

I’ve had numerous rolling pins over the years. Everything from Tupperware, cheap wooden ones, to expensive marble ones. I really love this one. I like the handles and it makes it so much easier to roll out more difficult doughs. I did buy plastic/rubber spacer rings to put on the end to help me keep cookie dough and dumplings a consistent depth. Its fairly non-stick except for some sticky cookie dough so I sprinkled on some flour. Works great! Highly recommend.

I bought this rolling pin because I roll out a lot of flour tortillas. The old pin that I had put a lot of pressure on my thumbs. This cause a lot of pain at my age of 75. Thought I would going to have to stop making tortillas, but with this rolling pin and the way the handles are made allowed me to continue to make tortillas. The only thing that I did not like which made me give a 4 star instead of 5 star rating was the light weight of the rolling pin. You do have to use more downward pressure when you are rolling out dough.

I do a lot of baking, and my old rolling pin was starting to really hurt my hands because of arthritis in both thumbs. I bought this hoping it would help, and it's *so* much easier on my hands. I can use the heels of my hands on the holders to apply pressure and no longer have to worry about it hurting my hands. I also love that you can turn the handles upside down to set it aside, and it holds the roller up off the counter or cutting board. The roller is very smooth, and very easy to clean.

I have tremors and issues with my hands. This makes my baking much easier. I love this thing.

This product works great. A regular rolling pin is sometimes difficult to use. This one allows you to keep the pressure on rolling out the dough. Product arrived in a timely manner. Product as described

I loved the idea of the ergonomical handles. BUT the handles do not stay in position and constantly rotate on you while trying to roll out your dough. Returned and bought a completely different style.
