Oh god how to start, the worst.. I started it and after that my hair falling gone worst, i have thin hair but never saw that much hair fall, after using that thing my hair condition gone worst.. i have long hair strands falling even while combing it seriously scared me .. i never see this much hair fall .. i just throw out the gummies in dustbin. Im so pissed off with the product. NEVER EVER BUY THEM.

Here is my honest review. This is my 2nd pack, i am using it for 2 months now. I am not sure about it's benefits on hair growth or hair fall reduction but it does strengthen your nail. I used to have weak nails, and have faced a lot of breakages, in the past few weeks I have noticed that my nail are not breaking as it usually does and the length can be maintained. Talking about hair fall reduction i didn't find much reduction in my hair fall may be becauseI am not taking care of my hair that much, I think I should continue it for another month to know the complete result on hair.
