Works as intended.
As I was preparing for SI joint fusion, my surgeon told me to buy a SI joint belt to wear post op. This one is mostly comfortable. I say mostly because I had to wear it 24/7 for 14 days. I chose to wear mine under my clothes. I wore somewhat loose shirts to cover it up. The belt is not bulky so you could only tell I had it on if I moved a certain way. It certainly did its job of reminding me to not bend forward or side to side. Now I’ve developed a nice habit of squatting vs. bending over to pick up items off the floor.

Great for Lower Back Pain
The belt is shorter than expected, but I was able to wrap it enough to fit around my hip. My first belt of this type is that the bottom layer stretches over time and becomes too long to wrap tight under the elastic bands. Considering this then the tight fit is actually a good thing. The belt is wide enough to stay out around the waist/hip, and is well constructed. Many reviews of these belts complain about the velcro becoming wormed, so I mostly leave the velcro attached and take it off by pulling it down my legs to keep it from wearing out. So far I find this a very good product and helps with my lower back pain. It also costs less than comparable belts so it is a great value.

Velcro irritated skin
I like the easy of putting it on and the fit. However, the velcro end is too wide once I place the belt I have about 1/4 inch of velcro rubbing against my skin. I believe the velcro strip should be a bit narrower to avoid this mishap. Otherwise it is a great product.

Nice support, not super thick and uncomfortable.
Easy to put on an take off yourself, straps hold tight once its on. A bit thinner than some others which is great imo so its not restrictive leaning over. Used for gardening, painting, general yard work around the house and do feel like it makes a difference in preventing lower back pain.

Backtour SI belt
Purchased to replace a previous too narrow, stretched out SI belt. Found this one after a search for a wider one than the previous belt. My hips measure 44" - the 30-45" belt overlaps sufficiently to hold quite well. The additional straps provide the support needed for sore hip days and when taking long walks. As with everything these days, price has increased a bit since mine was purchased last August but still good value when compared to many other more expensive varieties.

Doesn't do the job
First of all the belt has extremely bad smell which gave me headache right after opening the box. As the seller described that it "stay in place" that statement is incorrect, i.e.... 【Stays in Place】Four anti-slip silicone strips on the inner trochanter belt prevents the Si joint belt from sliding up and down. You can wear it while doing physical activities but vigorous exercise is discouraged during the recovery period】" In the picture it seems it was for "Lumbar spondylosis" but the belt doesn't stay as the picture shows and it goes up on top of the belly.
