I am buying these La Molisana Pastas lately from Amazon. They have the truth of my purchases that I repeatedly keep coming back too. La Molisana is made in Italy. You can truly taste the organic. I mean, the others are good too, but with the organic, you can taste the pureness.Price is not all cheap, but it can be a celebration with pasta, a treat. Yum. Try it at least once and you will know what I mean.

Delicious, great texture
This was amazing pasta. The shape was novel and excellent for hearty thick sauces, it held sauce well. Texture was perfect and substantial. Loved this and will repurchase.

New favorite pasta
This pasta is amazing. Have been looking for this shape for a long time to recreate the spicy vodka rigatoni from carbone. They have a lot of starch, makes the water perfect to finish off sauces. Has great ridges as well, which helps the sauce cling on the pasta. Love it.
