Great mic. Very comfortable!
The mic my work provided was awful - too small, uncomfortable and would even stay on my small head. And bad sound quality. So I had to order one...So glad i chose this one! This mic is everything opposite. It fits properly, comfortably, and has great sound quality. Very happy with this purchase, especially for the value. It doesn't detect automatically when you use the USB connection, but they include some instructions for resolving. Great product!

Good plug-and-play wired headphone for occasional office use
If you're looking for a headset that gets constant use, and you want something with high-end noise cancelling and all-day comfort, this review isn't going to help you because I don't know how this headset performs under those conditions. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive headset that is super easy to use and comfortable for a half-hour to an hour at a time, you might consider this Cyber Acoustics model.I work in an office and don't always have access to a meeting room, especially for meetings that pop up on short notice or when a coworker calls unexpectedly for a video chat to resolve a work issue. This wired headset is very handy in those situations. It plugs into the USB port on the side of my laptop and is ready to go. You don't have to change your laptop's audio settings, you don't have to keep the headset on a charger, you don't have to scratch your head and wonder why you're not getting sound. It just works. The volume is adjustable but plenty loud. The only aspect I don't like is that I can't hear my own voice through the earpieces, but everyone else can hear me fine, so it's not a big deal.

Very happy with this purchase!
I was looking for a wired headset to use at work/home with a noise-canceling mic. Searching Amazon led me to Logitech items but they were all USB connections. The Cyber Acoustics AC-5812 had both USB and the 3.5mm jack which gave me the flexibility of which connection to use. Obviously, USB is the preferred connection but using it on a laptop meant that USB ports are already limited given my ports are either used as a charging port for my phone and the other available port is used as my wireless mouse's nano receiver.Pros:* Low cost - retailed for $25 and got a $5 coupon* Lightweight* Control module is nice to operate sound controls plus it gives you an additional 2 feet if needed* Noise-cancelling microphone works well* Easy plug and play setup on both Windows 10 (work laptop) and Ubuntu (personal laptop)I would say there really aren't any cons. However, you need to expect that you're not going to get superior sound quality since the principal use-case for this headset is for communicating with others (in a noisy environment to minimize the background noise). You can certainly use to listen to music but don't expect this to be hitting all the ranges you would expect from headphones.

Simple yet effective
This has been a great headset for WFH purposes and has also yielded other useful purposes. The multi connector paradigm of USB and 3.5mm audio has proven very useful. I leave the USB connector plugged into my work laptop. At times, I will disconnect the headset at the 3.5mm jack and plug the headset into my mobile phone to make a call while still sitting at my desk. I'm a big fan of function so having two functionalities wins big in my book. The headset is relatively small. The on-ear foam pads are decently protective of the ears and have not put too much pressure on the noggin. I even use the headset microphone to occasionally do voice-over work for training materials that I work on. Overall, a very decent headset for the price.

The microphone is useless and that's the part I needed to work
Headset is cheaply made, but you get what you pay for. Could've tolerated the cheapness as the incoming audio is fine but outgoing I was told it sounds like I'm underwater and the audio level incoming is so low it doesn't even show up on my audio settings no matter how loudly I talk unless I tap physically on the microphone.
