This is not a thick rug. It has a non-slip bottom but is very thin. It's soft as ever though and has the prettiest,brightest design. We're going to put something under it (maybe some memory foam) bc we got it for our daughter who is crawling and standing and she falls a lot so we wanted something thick. I figured it wouldn't be very thick for the price and size, as those rugs or playmats run at about 129$ to 200$. I got the 6 foot by 6 foot and it's very big. As you can see from the pic, its wrinkled from packaging, but it'll flatten out soon.

I absolutely adore this rug!! I purchased this rug for my daughters nursery a few months ago. I was very excited for it to arrive but once it did it far surpassed my expectations. It is very soft, both the material and the padding, the colors and pattern are just as pictured, and it's a perfect size - not so large it covers the entire floor but big enough that it's not just a dinky little thing. So far it's been very easy to clean and maintain. I would definitely recommend this rug!! So cute!

Full disclosure, ibreturned thisbrug. It is so super cute and very very soft. The non slip side works great. It just wasn't what I was looking for. It is rather thin and I was looking for something more plush to go on my wood floors.

Love this rug! It fits the nursery just perfect and it's great for a gender neutral nursery! It's not quite as thick as I was thinking it would be but it is still soft and comfortable!

Cute as can be. Only problem is it so light, it gets dirty easily. So far had cleaned up fine.

Bought this 2 years ago for my baby's room. It's very soft and safe, not slippery at all and easily machine washable.

Not nearly as thick as advertised.

I ordered this for my son's room, under the impression that it was thicker like memory foam and would offer good protection of he were to fall. Turns out, it's very thin with zero cushion. It's basically just a thin piece of fabric sitting on top of a piece of textured fabric so that it doesn't slip. Even the non-slip material is different than what is advertised. Very disappointed.
