I have recently bought this jaw exerciser, the top level one. I’ve been using it for a couple of days now and and have been using it for a few days now and I can feel the muscles around my jaw and neck are definitely feeling the workout! It has only been a couple of days but my jaw definitely feels stronger and more defined, so I’m looking forward to the changes I see as I continue to use it!As a product, it arrived very quickly, it was very well packaged and easy to use. Instructions appear on the side of the box in a step-by-step fashion. It’s very small and will easily fit into your bag to take with you on the go.The product is made of very durable silicone, making it long lasting, easy to clean and safe!I would definitely recommend this product as it is so convenient to use, you can use it while you’re doing other things and I can feel and see a difference after only a few days. My recommendation would be to start with a lower level exerciser if you are a complete beginner.

It doesn't shape to your teeth.If thats a lie will the resistance of these be different enough to work. Time will tell. Shall still try them out and update if it works.Also, the instructions are a lawsuit waiting to happen,boiled then immediately out in mouth melting skin, teeth and flesh lol
