Great customer service
A cute set my kids love. Unfortunately a bat broke shortly after receiving. Customer service was so great about it! They sent a replacement right away. :)!

Broke Within three days
The plastic in the end of the bat broke within three days. I went to return it and it was no longer elegible, even though other items bought the same day were still eligible. Shirt return policy of less than two weeks, when it breaks so quickly is suspect.Very disappointing.

Great set!
Bought for my grandson who is just learning after T ball. The bat and balls are just right for him. He is 4. Perfect size and weight. I researched bats and balls a lot a feel this was an excellent value and the right set for a small child beginner.
