This book was like a "cherry on top" for me thing..I am an insomniac for years and my friends call me nocturnal creature.. As I am not able to sleep at night, the next morning is always a disaster!!Author Scott Sterling has written a very informative and helpful book.. I learned about my sleeping patterns, disorders related with sleep and how I can set my mindset to sleep proper..I discovered my sleeping environment was not a good one as I keep my laptop or TV on at night. Besides, I wasn't doing enough physical activity to get tired.. So this book has some really good advice and exercise tips to sleep better..Following them as of now, and i'm definitely seeing some changed.. I do recommend this book to all the night owls there :)

I am happy with my purchase.
This book helped me to find out some of the reasons why my sleep quality is not good. But this is not all. The book also teaches some exercises to improve sleeping quality, that I am already doing. And it is working! If you experience problems with your sleep, then this book will certainly help you. I highly recommend!

What's new!
This was ok. It was simple to read and understand. Nothing really new, that I didn't know before. Finished in 30 minutes.

Lack if uniqueness, just plane
Lack of reasoning, scientific data. The book neither provide unique view, nor suggest practical ways. I think that this book is a collection of googled "sleep" with some personal comment.

Too general and too short
No "sleep secrets", just common sense. It seems like an outline for a book, or an introductory chapter. Slightly disappointing.

Get a good night sleep.
This book is the sleep solution that I’ve been looking for. I want a quick fix of my low energy, fatigue and poor concentration. I want to understand fully about sleeping disorders and its causes. I didn’t know that having problems with sleeping can lead to other serious illnesses. I like the natural remedies that this book introduced. I want to apply it to my sleeping regimen to help get the requisite amount of sleep I need with best quality. I have explored so many helpful tips from this book like role mental and physical exercises This book is indeed a good read who aims to have a good night sleep.

Amazing Book! Absolutely helped me.
I will never take sleeping for granted. Sometimes we might ignore little thing and get comfortable with the way we sleep, This book goes into the details of our sleep cycle, pattern and disorder. I didn't expect the amount of knowledge i gained from reading this book, because i have some sleeping issues myself. So to me this book is a step in the right direction in terms of improving my sleep. I definitelyA recommend this book! it was a Great Read!
