Works great with Cricut
I really like the way this cuts on the cricut. I use the cricut stencil vinyl setting with normal pressure and it cuts really well. It didn’t adhere well to a blank canvas but that is likely more about the canvas than the vinyl. It needs some prep prior to adhering to a canvas. Overall I like this stuff. I have ordered it twice and this last time went with the long roll as I use so much of it.

This is our go to stencil
I purchased a 12" x 50' stencil vinyl roll from Friscocraft and wow what an amazing deal. We definitely got the bang for our buck. Not only did we get a good amount to last us some time but we also purchased quality. I was very skeptical at first to purchase but like anything else you will never know until you try and man did we make a good choice. It's very thin and has no problem sticking to my work. I also like how flexible it is so I can maneuver it into the creases of my projects and it keeps durability throughout and doesn't tear easily. It adheres to the project and doesn't lift and haven't had any problems with paint bleeding through. When I'm done stenciling and ready to remove it, it comes off in one piece and doesn't tear into a hundred little pieces. So no scratching your project trying to remove those pesty little pieces that would be stuck there from other brands of stencil I've used in the past. Overall this is by far the best vinyl stencil I've used to date. It's sold at a very good price with great quantity, outstanding quality, as well as durability. This will be our only go to stencil vinyl from now on and I know we won't be disappointed and will be able to produce the best works of art to deliver to our customers. Thank you Friscocraft.

Different is good!
I was very surprised with this vinyl! I wasn’t sure it was going to work, but I was pleasantly surprised! This is thinner than regular vinyl, but it’s easy to work with. I like that it shows the bubbles underneath, because you can see how well it is adhering. It has great stickiness-not too much, not too little. It peels up very well after I’ve stenciled, and doesn’t rip into a million different pieces when I’m removing it.There are only 2 cons about this. 1. You have to be careful when scraping it around the letters. If you scrape too hard, it actually catches on the letters and pulls the vinyl. 2. It is VERY difficult to see when it’s on dark wood. It was a little difficult lining it up to the edge of the black wood, but nothing too serious.Overall, I would purchase it again to use in my lighter colored wood. It performs very well all the way around!

Works well
I used this material for several stencils of 4 inch tall letter.Worked great. The only issue is to be careful not to pull too hard when removing from backing because it will stretch a bit.

Thumbs up
I thought this project was going to be miserable to weed. So relieved that it basically came off in one piece. I would recommend this stencil vinyl! I have used others that are not good like this one.

Works perfectly for me
I bought this to use with CNC woodworking projects and it works great. It was easy to apply and adhered perfectly to several different woods. Even after leaving it on some projects for several days, it was easy to remove. When I painted the areas I had engraved (with Marsh Stencil Ink, not paint), I had nice crisp lines and almost no bleed. I have been totally satisfied with this product and will order more when I start running low. Highly recommend.

Not a great masking film for mirrors
This product I am sure works well, however. I use it to mask mirrors for glass etching and it poses two issues that make it inferior to con-tact brand contact/masking paper. One: it is semi transparent, meaning that drawn designs in pencil and ink can be hard to see clearly, especially if they smudge at all. Two: it's a little *too* adhesive. It takes far longer to remove from the glass than contact paper and larger sections require considerable muscular force to pull it free.Overall, I found it a hassle and will probably not buy it again.
