I have quite a few chronic health problems and this has been my go to vitamin. I'm on a lot of medication which can mess up my hair and skin and all that and it seems to have helped some. I take it regularly and I think it's helped me feel more energetic. I feel better taking a wholesome vitamin when my busy job often means I don't get to eat what I should, this helps to fill the gap. It doesn't bother me stomach. There's a minor taste to it but it's almost reminiscent of berry flavor, so it's not as bad as some vitamins taste wise. Size it tolerable, I'm not the best at swallowing pills but this is easy to handle. The ingredients list is good with the natural sources and Amazon always has it priced at a fair value for the money. Quality is consistent with these too and I like being able to order them in a large quantity so I don't run out.

I take one in the morning and one at night because I don't eat like I should so I know I don't get my nutrients. I'm losing weight again with no exercise. I’ve been taking these multivitamins for well over a year. I was really struggling to find a women's multivitamin that included everything I need—vitamins D, B, plus Iron and Calcium—in one pill. I don’t like taking multiple supplements, so this has been a perfect solution. These vitamins give me a great energy boost without feeling jittery.

I waited a while to write this review, because I really wanted to give my honest opinion. I have been taking this vitamin for about a month and a half and I have to say just WOW. My energy level has increased ten fold. I spent hours reading reviews on different vitamins and this one really stood out to me. I love that it made with garden vegetables and doesn't have a lot of artificial additives like we sadly find in many of our vitamins today. This vitamin has truly taken the cake and has given me the over all wellness that you are supposed to receive with a multivitamin. I found my got to and I am so happy that I have!
