Used every day. Great for posture after using. I use a tape measure to increase the height slowly by a few mm at a time. Only downside is remembering which way to turn for up or down underneath.

The product seems well-made and sturdy. As a person with lower back problems, I'm looking forward to trying it out and seeing what benefits I get from it. One star was taken away as there is no indicator on the adjustment bar to show what level you are on. It's pure guesswork and looking at the photo instruction sheet.

I've been using this item almost 2 months now and in the beginning I was very skeptical about it. I suffer from a bad back and even with my daily physiotherapy exercises, I was almost constantly in pain. Originally, I wanted to purchase an inversion table - I tried it at a family member's house during holiday and it was a fantastic experience, highly recommend it - but due to no space, I opted for this small, but effective back stretcher, which can be conveniently stored under my bed. It is well-made, can be adjusted easily according to your need. I try to use it twice a day, but at least once. First, I found it very uncomfortable, so I choose the flattest settings and I kept raising it slightly as time went by. 5 minutes makes a huge difference, and I haven't felt this good in the last few years. It does work, but you have to be persistant. I am very happy with this very affordable purchase, it worth every penny.

Product broke on second use, large crack formed rendering product unusable. Used product as directed and only weight 80kg so assume it was a product fault
