Flavor is not the best, the pre mixes good but I’ll still get occasional little chunks and the Ingredient profile is great and does give you that burst of energy and good pumps. For the money it’s good. I would say about average compared to the million others on the market

Only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I got the italian ice flavor and it tastes horrible. I'm sure the other flavors are great.The product works amazingly! I love it. I've tried over 20 different brands of preworkout (stimilant only) and I must say this is one of the top 2 for me. Uusually I have to take 2 scoops/servings on all others to get the desired affects, however this only needed 1 scoop/serving. The downside is it only has 4 grams of citruline, instead of 7 or 8 which is optimum. Nevertheless, I can't say good enough about this prodct. The design is amazing to. Very catchy and aggressive looking. Be aware though, it might give you the runs💩 if your stomach is sensitive to preworkouts.

The per work out had good flavor not a bad pre workout

Don’t like this particular flavor.Last though my 1 1/2 hr work.Started feeling the difference in energy on day 6 of using this product.The ingredients aren’t causing any discomfort or adverse effects. I’m a user of Gaspari supplements, so I’ve come to realize and appreciate the good quality of this nutrition program.

The superpump years ago was amazing. This stuff isn't anywhere close. For the money it's left me wanting. Won't buy again personally
